Return Policy

We do not offer returns on any purchases. All sales are final. Before making a purchase, please carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing charts to ensure you're selecting the correct item. If you believe there's something wrong with your order, please contact us at contact@mintprintsbranding.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered for wrong items, damaged products, or lost packages. For wrong or damaged items, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages, we'll investigate with our shipping partner. No refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, normal wear and tear, or orders over 30 days old. To request a refund, email contact@mintprintsbranding.com with your order number, description of the issue, clear photographs (for damaged items), and date of delivery.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please follow our refund policy process, and you may place a new order for the correct item. We want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically process within 2-7 business days and ship within 3-10 business days after processing. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Pricing & Currency Conversion

Due to real-time currency conversion and potential payment processor fees, the total amount displayed at checkout may differ slightly from the amount shown on our website. We use third-party exchange rate providers to estimate prices, but final charges are determined by Stripe's conversion rates at the time of payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this potential variation in total cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order and we have not yet begun processing, we may, at our discretion, offer a full refund. Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately for production.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us directly to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases and additional fees. We maintain detailed records of all orders, shipments, and communications which will be used to dispute any unwarranted chargebacks.

Intellectual Property

All products, designs, branding, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Mint Prints. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs, trademarks, or content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Mint Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business arising from the use of our products or services. We use Printful as a white-label service, and any product issues related to manufacturing or fulfillment are handled through their policies.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Christchurch, New Zealand.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number during checkout. We also collect payment details processed securely via Stripe. Website usage data is collected via cookies to enhance user experience.

We use the data to process and fulfill orders, communicate order updates and promotions (only if opted-in), and improve our website and services.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping partners) or legal compliance.
